Payment: Documentary, Irrevocable, Transferable and CONFIRMED LC payable 100% at sight of Ocean Bill of Lading.
Performance Bond: LC vs 2 % PB. After receipt of the operative LC by seller and verification that the swift matches the contract terms, PB 2% will become automatically operative at the time of the first billing.
All the previous documents and requests, old SGS and Clean On Board Bill of Lading (OBOL) papers, including the AQSIQ number will be provided to the buyer during contract signing.
Visiting the loading port is generally not allowed, but the point of visiting the port and to be present during the loading might be discussed on the meeting with the seller. If it's allowed by the seller after the meeting, it will be at the buyer expense.
